Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am. However, you are more than welcome to arrive as early as noon for access to the waterpark the day of your arrival and stay as late as 4:00 pm the day of your departure. Waterpark hours are subject to change and we recommend that you visit the
Waterpark Schedule for exact hours of operation.
All reservations made online require payment at time of booking. All payments for internet reservations will be charged to the credit card. If credit card payment is declined, the reservation will be cancelled. The guest will be notified by email.
Cancellation for internet reservation requires a three-day notice prior to arrival. Cancellations made after these time periods are subject to penalties up to the price of the room.
The Credit card holder must be present with valid ID to check in. If the cardholder will not be present, then a credit card authorization form must be filled out a minimum of 3 days prior to the guest's arrival date. The Credit Card authorization form may be filled out by clicking here:
Credit Card AuthorizationPlease be advised, when using a debit card at check-in, an initial authorization is processed for the room rate plus tax and incidental charges. At checkout, Zehnder’s Splash Village releases that authorization. However, please note your bank may hold that authorization for up to 14 business days or longer depending on your financial institution's policy, after your checkout date and may limit your funds in your bank account.
Zehnder’s Splash Village does require a credit card and a valid photo ID at the time of check-in. If a credit card is not available for authorization at check-in, then a $150 cash deposit will be required. This deposit will be returned at checkout if the room is free from evidence of smoking, damages, or missing items.
Each room comes with a limited number of waterpark bands. One additional waterpark band may be purchased up to the capacity of your room type for $25 per pass per night.
Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark is a NON-SMOKING facility. All rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas are NON-SMOKING. A deep cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to those who violate the NON-SMOKING policy.
SAFETY FIRST! Zehnder’s wants you, your family, and guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience at Zehnder’s Splash Village. The waterpark is fully staffed with certified lifeguards to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Please comply with the instructions of the lifeguards and staff. Safety signs are conveniently located throughout the waterpark.
The waterpark contains hard surfaces that may become slippery at times. Running, diving, jumping, dunking, shoulder riding, double riding, or chains are NOT allowed at any time.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 42” and inexperienced swimmers should wear life jackets.
Proper swim attire is required. Cut-off shorts and wetsuits are prohibited, and swim diapers are available for purchase in the locker rooms.
Water toys and non-approved flotation devices are prohibited.
Towels, inner tubes, and life jackets are provided at no additional charge. These items are not to be removed from the waterpark area.
Coolers, thermoses, glass items, or food not purchased from Zehnder’s will not be permitted in the waterpark or public areas.
Valid wristbands must be worn by all persons entering the waterpark. No exceptions. Locker rental is available.
Zehnder’s reserves the right to take incidental photographs and videos of our guests in public areas to be used for promotional and security purposes only. Because of atmospheric conditions associated with all bodies of chlorinated water, continuous exposure within the waterpark beyond 2-3 hours may result in eye irritation, coughing, and shortness of breath. Individuals with asthma, allergies, respiratory conditions, or related health issues may experience these symptoms in a shorter period of time. For your safety and comfort, please TAKE A BREAK FROM THE WATERPARK EVERY COUPLE OF HOURS, and enjoy another part of our facility for at least 15 minutes before returning to the waterpark area.
